"I jumped ship from progressive bc they flat out stole my money without reaching out to me and then required an affidavit that my teenage daughter would never again drive my car. She was fully covered under her mother’s policy w Erie and didn’t even live with me and was full custody of her mother as well. I switched to state farm whom I found was very comparable and very easy to work with. I agreed to try the little Bluetooth driving tracker and it wasn’t what I suspected in terms of privacy infringement and I really learned a whole lot more about how I drive and in conjunction it’s saved me a bunch of money in the process. I recently added my home to my policy which also compounded the savings. Jenn and the rest of the staff here have been fair, easy to deal with, outgoing and polite and really just a pleasure to deal with on top of being enthusiastic regarding getting me the most bang for my buck. I’ve not needed to file any claims and I hope I never need to but I expect the most from them under those circumstances as well. Would recommend these people strongly."
